Hi,

 

My home internet has stopped working. We tried to restart the modem, but still it did not turn on the internet.

 

Can you please help.

i have unplugged and plugged it back several time but no luck.

Im having the same issue, my home internet stopped working, i try to restart it too by unplug and plug it again like what they told me to do but still ddnt work, the lights are all yellow, the ⬆️ light is blinking, the @ is off no lights, and i have no clue what is wrong with it, its been a day and a half already that we dnt have internet and its really not ok, pls help.

What lights on the modem are currently on? Did you try contacting Fido internet department at 1-888-236-FIDO (3436).
