Existing Customer Hard Credit Check - 31 Points

I'm a participant level 1
I am an existing customer and I recently called for checking Fido home internet service. The next thing i know Fido has done a hard check on my credit. 

31 points for an inquiry. I don't understand why.


Can somebody please let me know if there anyway to dispute this hard credit check?

Who do I talk to reverse this

If you're an existing customer with a mobile account and wish to add home internet then it should be a soft check and shouldn't have an effect on your credit.


We'll have to take a look at your account to see what happened. I'll send you a PM so we can check things out together!
