Did not get Fido gift card email after 6 weeks

I signed up on Dec. 16, 2020 for 150u with $150 gift card promo. It is now more than 6 weeks since I got my internet with Fido yet I still did not get email from Fido about gift card.

 

I check my inbox everyday and check the junk and spam folder too but I did not get any email about giftcard. 

 

Could a mod help me with this please?

Update: Since I made this post, I still have not received my $150 giftcard despite corresponding to your private messages.

 

It appears none of the Fido forum team member wants to resolve my problem, they keep waiting for some response from the team handling the giftcards and have left at it that.

 

I have waited too long and did not get any response from you guys regardng the 'team' that is supposed to handle my gift card. I don't want to wait any longer for a $150 giftcard that I registered for and haven't received after 3+ months of waiting. I'm really dissapointed about this.
