I have been on the messenger app with customer service for over an hour about my home internet without a connection. most of my lights are flashing on the modem but there are no blue lights. I have unplugged the modem and waited for 30 seconds several times after plugging it back in nothing happens. Can anyone help?

I'm sorry for the problem you are experiencing with your modem.
Would you please verify that the wiring is all well unplug replug from the wall check every wire then again unplug waiting 30 seconds replug the modem.
