@FidoStephen Does Fido call to confirm again after you are declared a winner in the app? If so from which number does Fido call? Is it a 1-800 number or a local number like 416 or 905 etc.?

I had won the Samsung gaming controller. But there is no confirmation that either Fido provided nor did I receive any product..Is this a farce promotion? O wonder if they have even a declared list of winners..

Still waiting on mine. No contact has been made by Fido so I would assume this will arrive sometime this century.

It took a long time but I have received mine. Contest rule says up to 6 weeks wait time so wait till then and if still nothing then you should contact them.

Thanks @wtbgoodinternet, funny thing is, a few hours after I posted this UPS came to my door and delivered it. So they really took the full 6 weeks of fulfilling it.

I believe the contest was back in Sept 2021 and my name was also published as well. Thus, it would be 7-8 weeks now. All I got from the Fido app was the prize would be delivered up to 6 weeks.

This is disappointing. I specifically reached out to a representative a couple weeks ago and he told me to contact Samsung which was odd. Samsung said because Fido ran the contest, I need to speak with someone at Fido.  
Nevertheless, I still haven't received my prize

I also won a samsung controller and have not received it yet. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and it still shows it in my history tab. I reached out via live chat and the representative told me that I'd have to reach out to samsung as they ran the contest. Not sure who to contact now, but any help would be appreciated!! @FidoClaudia @FidoAnthonyZ

Hello there, 

The UPS delivery person had left the notice at a secondary door and by the time I went to UPS , the Samsung controller package was returned. This is my last attempt as I contacted Fido on Facebook inquiring about it and they asked me to call Samsung after many mesages exchanged.I contacted Smasung 30 min later, they told me it must be Samsung Canada! After 30 min with Samsung Canda, they asked me to check with Fido as they cannot see anything.  I called Findo to get the bottom of it but 30 min later with Fido. They still had no idea about what I am taking about. I wasted over 3 hours on this and still did not get anything. This is the worst prize I ever got!
