I am sorry to see you're experiencing complications with the App. Do you know if you're using the most recent up to date version of the App? You can check this out
If yes, can you try uninstalling the App and downloading it again to see if you notice any changes?
Same issue for me too. I am able to login with Fido.ca but I lost my my account accesse
It was working fine 2 week before but some how now I am getting error message onmyaccount application.
Reinstall application not help me at all. This is Fido side glitch . Please fix it
for checking usage i dont need to login it will work with my data to see my usage. but to get bill or download bill or other details i have to login and getting error message.
i tried with Data and WiFi - same issue. unable to login with my Email address and password. same email and password work fine on www.fido.ca.
this is my very old account i know you have issue for new user registered to My Account on or after December 6, 2017 have issue with myaccount login but my account is almost 9 year old.
