I’ve been trying to login to myfido app for the past couple days but it won’t let me. I can login just fine online on fido.ca but when I use the app, it says account info not available. Any ideas why? Thank you.
Yes I am using the same email address that I also use to log into Fido.ca. There's no other email address on file. Same username and same PW so I don't know why it isn't working. Thank you, Pierre
Thanks for the response, Pierre. I’ve actually tried that already. I uninstalled the app on my iphone and redownloaded it but it’s still not working. I’m running out of ideas.
