I’ve been trying to login to myfido app for the past couple days but it won’t let me. I can login just fine online on fido.ca but when I use the app, it says account info not available. Any ideas why? Thank you.
i have no problem login via facebook and email
i would try to reset both ways to login
1st try to email account login, and reset there, as well as facebook login
2nd contact fido to have them reset your email account

I am sorry to see you're experiencing complications with the App. Do you know if you're using the most recent up to date version of the App? You can check this out
If yes, can you try uninstalling the App and downloading it again to see if you notice any changes?
Thanks for the response, Pierre. I’ve actually tried that already. I uninstalled the app on my iphone and redownloaded it but it’s still not working. I’m running out of ideas.

Can you log into Fido.ca to make sure you're using the same email address as we have registered on file to log into the App?

Can you confirm that you have the latest version of the App?
Are you also logging in with your email or your phone number?
When I put my user name and password, it keeps saying: Login Error. There is a problem with the information we received and we can't log you in. Please try again later.

Yes, I can login to website with the same user name and password. And the App version shows 3.3.3(5), which I believe is the newest version.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall several time, but this problem still persist.

The latest app update should have implemented the fix to any of these glitches. That said, could you clarify if you're using an Iphone or Android device at the moment? Are you also able to access your account on Fido.ca?

Yes I am using the same email address that I also use to log into Fido.ca. There's no other email address on file. Same username and same PW so I don't know why it isn't working.

Same issue for me too. I am able to login with Fido.ca but I lost my my account accesse
It was working fine 2 week before but some how now I am getting error message onmyaccount application.
Reinstall application not help me at all. This is Fido side glitch . Please fix it
