iPhone 8 unlocked?

good day everyone.. i am just wondering if the iphone8 plus i just purchased if its already open line.. i wish to take it to the Philipined with me and use a philippine sim card while i am on vacation.. can i use it? do i need to call customer service to make it open line and how much does it cost for open line?

By open line, you mean unlocked? Was the device purchased brand new from us?

If that's the case then yes, your device should be unlocked already

Any devices purchased after December 1 2017 come unlocked or will have a sticker with an unlock code on the box if it's an Android.

If not, you can contact us to unlock it free of charge, as long as it is a Fido phone.
