iPhone 11 purchased on Aug 19th but nothing shipped yet?

Hi, I bought a black 128gb iphone 11 on the 24 month financing deal on Aug 19th with a new plan but still haven't received anything yet. I know the order went through because I've received the email confirmation with all the changes and it has been reflected on my bill.

Please advise.

In your confirmation did you receive a tracking number by any chance?

No it only says that it'll be sent by UPS. No tracking codes or anything, searched my junk folder and nothing there either.
