Messages not delivering in iMessages

Hello! i currently just bought an iPhone SE 2nd Gen from the apple store and bought a sim card from fido a couple weeks later. (30$/m unlimited calls in canada and unlimited texting worldwide) and everyone works so far but the messages just can't seem to deliver. a little hand would be nice!

You will need data to get the iMessage to work or connect to WiFi, if you are connected to WiFi and it is still not working you might need to contact customer service and let them know you are using an iPhone so they can provision your line for an iPhone.
