Port Fido from bell

I will try reaching out to customer service for 2 days to port in my number from the bell. Still, I had a temporary phone number and I got a port-in text request from fido and reply YES, still my port-in is not completed. Any idea how long this takes...

Poor customer service

I have tried to contact Fido starting on Saturday, asking about possible price match. I have tried calling *611 and waited for 2 hours..no luck Tried using "AskJack" to contact chat specialist..no luck as well as they ended the chat right away saying...
