Come back fake offer

I received an email offer to come back to Fido with 50gb for 29$. Then I contacted Fido and wasted a lot of time waiting just to discover that the "code is invalid" and got an offer of 20gb for 39$ (same price as described on the website).

Resolved! No Network Signal

I live in Caledon, and at 1:30 pm today on July 23 my cellular service shows SOS. I can't make a call, receive/send text messages, can't use my data. It seems to be this way on my entire street. If i drive further away, i get full range of data.
