Cheater!!!! Dun trust the certifued pre owned device trap!!

I ordered a certified pre owned Samsung S22 and ended mailed me a brand new one!!! Set up fee $70 supposed to be free and no, it is not!!! It was added into my bill!!!!!!! The device supposed to be $5 only and now us $55 sth!!! This is how you do your business????
