Resolved! Huawei T5 Unlock

I purchased Huawei T5 Tablet from someone ok Kijiji, it seems to be locked...network locked as well as maybe google account locked. I spoke to the Fido agent who clearly said Fido won't support this. What are my options?

Resolved! LTE with Apple watch

Will my LTE work with my Apple Watch. I've read a lot of post saying no. But I don't understand how you offer data plan for tablet and I'm not able to connect my watch to it. I'm wondering if anything has changed
