Ordering a new phone

I am trying to order a new phone but I can't.  When I get to the page where it says to choose my location It doesn't do anything.  I Select the province and my city and nothing happens it just stays on the toronto map.

Online return question

Bought a phone, it didn't work properly and I didn't like it so Ive returned it and have the "hardware received confirmation" email. When I look at phones on the fido app it still says my "current phone" is the one I returned and not the previous one...
