Hi, I just finished my plan last week and I want to get my phone unlock. Where can I get the unlock code? Thanks.

Call Fido or go to a Fido store in person. They will be able to help you there.

Note: Your phone needs to be purchased from Fido to have it unlocked.  If you purchased the phone from another vendor (e.g., Telus), you will have to go to them to have it unlocked.
