Judging by those specifications, that phone would have both of the compatible bands/frequencies for 2G (GSM). Unfortunately, that phone would not have any compatible '3G' bands or frequencies (WCDMA or UMTS). With regards to LTE, that phone would only have one compatible band/frequency, band 7 or 2600MHz. You can verify the compatible bands/frequencies here.
While the phone should work on the 2G networks, you should note that the GSM network is likely to be decommissioned in the near future. However, no definite date has been established. In addition, while the phone should work on the LTE network, coverage depends on corresponding bands/frequencies on your surrounding towers as not all towers use all bands/frequencies. You can get an idea of your surrounding towers here.
