Hello, I got my FIDO connecttion last week. Got a fido samsung galaxy 8 handset and i am unable to use any 3rd party app because i dont get any verification code on my number. The issue has been escalated but no resolution in sight. Who can i contact to get some answers?
That's weird, you should be able to get the verification code from Uber or from any 3rd party app.
Just a quick question to better understand what's going on.
Do you have any issues sending or receiving text messages from your contacts?
Also, you did mention that you got your connection last week. Was your phone number ported-in from another provider to Fido?
