I just picked up the new s10, at the end of the transaction I was offered to buy a case for my phone and I would get a screen protector and wireless charger. I accepted the deal until the customer service agent said they were out of screen protectors. I asked if I could get a rain check on the protector and was told no, there is nothing they can do. I have a couple questions, 1. Why wouldn't you stock enough screen protectors for the amount of phones you have on hand? 2. Wouldn't you do your best to honor the deal you just offered, especially when the customer has been with fido for 16 years?
