I bought Samsun S20 FE20 today. Meantime, I was interested for trade in my iPhone 8. Fido store representative told me that his system is down. I checked online I can also do that online. However, I tried to do that. It showed me trade in value of My iPhone. It was showing sign option. I did login my account, it doesn't follow any Fido trade in steps which is showing on trade in steps video. What should I do now?
