Had placed service request for lost device. After long wait Brightstar said they are sending phone, but today i just received a box with only charger and adapter. Reported to brightstar not sure what are they going to do about it.
I reached out to them, they have closed the service request. BUt now have raised an escalation for this.
Now, firstly my $13 that I am paying towards device protection is of no use.
and on top of that, I have paid $452 for a replacement device that also seems to have gone down the drain. And now I do not have any device.
Now, How can Fido help me in resolving this?
