my phone has been sent to bright star jan 25. i run a buiness using that
phone every day.. i pay for Apple care every month and do not appreciate such terrible service. .i sent my phone in jan25 .was not eben offered a replacement to use. my package is on delay and still iu have no phone. when will i be recieving a replacement asap.
I can understand how inconvenient is to be without a phone, especially when you are running a business. What delays were you given when you opened your claim with Brightstar? Are the delays caused by Brightstar or by the courier service?
