SIM network unlock PIN for my own device

Hi,

i used SIM card in my own LG g6 3 years and now I bought samsung S20 from FIDO, I put my sim card to samsung and want put another sim to LG, but I've got: SIM network unlok PIN. Why my own phone locked? How can I unlock it? By law it should'n be locked.

Though newer phone models come unlocked directly from the manufacturer, some older models still can get locked to the first sim card's provider.

By all means, to unlock your Fido phone, you'll need to get in touch with our customer service team so they can help you get that unlocking PIN. 😊
