Hi,
I just got a new S10 Plus phone a day ago and every time I make a WhatsApp call the phone restarts automatically. I have tried clearing the app cache, restarting the phone and reinstalling the app.
Anyone else encounter this or know any solutions?
Thanks!

Hello @lhjmq,
When you reinstall the app did you restore a backup? If so can you reinstall the app and set it up without restoring the backup and see if the problem goes away.
If the problem is still there try clearing the cache partition of the phone itself.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
- When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
- An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery
menu options appear. - Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device.

I re-installed WhatsApp without restoring and it seems to have solved the issue.
Thank you!!
