HI, I'm new to the community but have been a Fido customer for many years.
In December of last year (2012) I changed my phone from a Samsung slide to a Sony Xperia.
I signed up for ringback and it works just fine when someone calls me from a cell phone, they can hear the music but when someone tries to call me from a landline, they can't hear the music and all they hear is the standard ring ring.
Is this normal?

Is this with all landline phones calling you?
Have you added any phone numbers to the "Block list" in your Ringbacks profile on www.fido.ca/ringbacks ? Under the heading MENU click Profile. Your Block List is located there.

It happens from any landline phone, I've tested it from three different phones, my home, work phone and public phone. Samething. I do not have any blocked numbers in my block list.

Work phone is indeed private but home phone is not.
