Problem setting up voicemail

I can't set up voicemail on the Samsung C414.  After pressing the "1" button, I get a busy signal and the phone displays "Disconnected".  I have setup a password on My Account and have tried turning the phone off and on.  Can you provide any advice?

Hey Elroybaby,

It seems as though you don't have the correct voicemail centre number stored on your phone. Click here to find the voicemail centre number.

To store the number in your phone, Press the OK button > Messaging > Messaging Settings. Then, under Voicemail, you will be able to edit the voicemail centre number.
