Pin after puk code

Hello 

i unfortunately blocked my phone

i did find my puk code and it’s ask for a new pin code but when i enter a new pin it doesn’t unlock the phone

i tried several time and I have 3 times left

what am i supposed to do?

First we would advise you to stop attempting to enter the code until we know what code you need for sure. To better assist you, we'd like to ask a few questions:

1. When you say you've blocked your phone, can you clarify? Is it SIM locked, network locked or locked with your personal PIN?
2. What does the message on your phone say? Do you perhaps have a screenshot to share?
