Phone Being Returned to Sender

Hello,

 

I ordered an iPhone 7 after speaking to a reprensetitve on the phone on Monday. I informed the individual that my address was a PO box, however, the item was sent via UPS. In order to make the item deliverable, I contacted UPS through the website and changed the delivery destination to a UPS store nearby before they had made a delivery attempt. However, according to the tracking information, the item is now being returned to sender. Can someone here tell me what's going on? And how I am going to get my new phone? I've already sent an email to UPS, but I would like to get some feedback from Fido.

Hello @AT6,

 

I suspect the package is being returned to sender because it was sent out in error, Fido only uses UPS to ship to regular address and Canada Post to ship to a PO BOX or Rural Road. 

 

You might have to wait for the phone to be returned so Fido can send it out with the correct deliver service.
