About an hour ago I noticed my phone switched to roaming out of the blue, I love in Lethbridge, AB and haven't even been near the border. When trying to manually select a network Im only given the choice between two Fido EXT networks. This makes me think my local tower is possibly down or something along those lines.
Is there anything I can do to fix this if it isn't a tower issue, not necessarily urgent just an inconvenience.

Have you tried to restart your phone or to reset your network settings? You can also check out the network aid feature in your Fido mobile app, it can be found under the support tab. This will give you an update on the network status in your area.
