No mobile data on phone

Hey, I am Ayat. For the last 1 month, I am unable to use the internet from my phone. I have two phones. I have tried to exchange the sim on my both phones. But, it didn't work. Don't know what's happening with the internet, even though I can call anyone.



Hi @Ayat ,welcome to the Fido community forums. Sorry you're having trouble accessing the internet on your device. First question is are you sure you have your mobile data turned on? You can check by looking in your settings for mobile data, on or off. On my Samsung device it is in the drop down quick menu. Other devices would be in the settings, connections part of the menus. It could be possible you have a setting that is set to Wi-Fi only for data. Just a quick suggestion, also a restart of your device and maybe use of a different browser may be a worthwhile endeavor.
