WiFi - Calling always disconnected in non-Fido Device

I have tried every troubleshooting on https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT203032

It still also not connected to WiFi calling! Is there an IMEL Whitelist Database which can put my phone in?

Hello Qoodanny,

 

  Sorry to hear you're having issues with Wifi-calling. To clarify, have you already registered for wifi-calling (see here)? If you have already tried to register for the service, did you receive any errors during the process? You may need to contact customer service. so they can push a carrier update to your device. They can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.

 

  If registration was successful but wifi-calling is not working, what plan do you have? You should note that the service is not available with all plans. For example, wifi-calling would not be available on data-only (Data & Text) plans. The plan would need to include voice calling.

 

  Are you able to try a different Wifi-source? It's possible the internet at your location is not set-up for wifi-calling.
