No data connection

Hi Just purchased and activate an iPhone 4S everything seem fine but I don't have data connection even if the 3G icon is on.

is it normal?

Hey stef_n,

Have you got a data add-on on your account? If so, is your cellular data enabled? (this can be found in settings > general > network).

I may also suggest resetting the network settings. This can be done in settings > general > reset > reset network settings. You will only lose wifi information (saved networks & passwords) in doing this.

I got android I get that sometimes when loading the homw page but if I try to go to google it works if nothing works I dont think its normal
