Ordered new phone November 25th. Was told it would take 3-5 business days. Still hasn't shipped as it's back ordered. Upon ordering, was given the option to pick up. Can I just go pick up the phone now instead of waiting for it to ship??
Can't call customer service because the phone I have now is partially broken. Can't reach any live agent.
Seems like telling customers it will be delivered in unrealistic shipping times is a habit of Fido.

Sorry to hear the device you ordered is currently back-ordered.
The order would need to cancelled with customer support before being eligible to upgrade in store
The are other ways to reach customer support than via call
