I live in Northern Alberta and all of a sudden I lost my call and my service says no service is this network issue

Good morning @hatch1577 , sorry you are experiencing a service outage. Have you reached out to fidosolutions online, via Twitter of Facebook to have them check for outages? Did you restart you're device to see if you can search for other networks? I can only suggest that you contact fido technical support Here to report and investigate your issue. Thanks for reaching out here, but you would have to contact Fido customer support to get this rectified.
