Nexus S Ringing

Hello,

I just want to know how can I increase the ringing time of my Nexus S.

Right now it is ringing about 15 sec and then divert to voice mail.

Number of rings before being forwarded to voicemail is set on the network. I believe Fido no longer allows it to be user modified.
