Sudden roaming issue in Cuba

Have been here since last Saturday (8/5) and all of a sudden today (8/11), have lost roaming connectivity. My girlfriend on Rogers also experiencing same issue. What's happening back there? Hope you'll reverse any applicable roaming charges... thanks...

Certified Pre-Owned (Like New)

Hello, Can you guys tell me what condition certified pre-own like new entails? I'm getting an iPhone 12 Pro Max (like-new) and was wondering what condition any of your "like new" phones were like. Was there any scratches? Battery life? Etc.  Thanks!
