I'm a Participant Level 2

LTE not working after warranty repair

I got my phone back after warranty repair and data wasn't working, so I took it back to the store and one of your associates played with the settings for about 15 minutes before it started working. I went home, and realized that I was getting 4g coverage but not LTE. I was getting LTE coverage before my phone went in for repair.
I've tried changing all kinds of data settings to no avail.
Is this a sim card issue? I know i was given a new one when i picked my phone up after repair the first time.

  As noted above, for a LTE-capable phone, the APN should be ltemobile.apn. You can verify the correct settings here

@Miraculous If your SIM card is a LTE SIM and it was working before it should be fine. Double check your APN settings and make sure the APN is LTEMOBILE.APN.

 

Which phone do you have by the way?

All i have in the APN menu is something called fido internet.
Internet.fido.ca

It's an LG G3
