If an accessory that came with your device is defective, and it is still covered by the 1-year warranty provided by the manufacturer at purchase, then you can contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement of the defective accessory.

What do you mean by Fido warranty?

 

All the accessories that came in the box with the phone is covered by Samsung 12 months warranty, taken from here.
