I have 1000 minutes of international calls, but I accidentally exceeded the time limit and incurred a lot of expenses. What should I do? Can I add a voice call package to reduce costs

Sorry to hear you've accidentally exceeded your 1000 International minutes. Fido does offer a few calling add-ons. While you might consider one of those add-ons for future calls, it unfortunately would not be possible to retroactively apply the add-ons for calls already posted on your bill. That said, if your current billing cycle has not yet ended, they may be able to apply a long-distance calling add-on.
I understand this is a difficult time and receiving such a bill even more distressing. If you're unable to make full payment on the bill, you might consider arranging a payment schedule. To make an arrangement, you'll need to contact the credit operations team. It should be mentioned that a payment arrangement might not be available in all situations.

Hi there @Shanshan2323. Sorry you exceeded your long distance minutes. Have you tried using something like what's app or fb messenger for voice or video calls? Other than suggesting that you speak with customer service by reaching out Here , I don't know any other way to help you reduce your long distance expenses. You can discuss your options with a customer service representative
