International Text Messages not being sent

Hi there,
I subscribe to the $40 pre paid Monthly plan which includes unlimited international text messages.
Why are my text messages all of sudden not being received? It was fine yesterday, today no such luck. I have not changed the formatting or anything of the phone numbers stored.
Please reply asap. It is quite a big inconvenience.

Hello everyone!
Although this thread is quite old, I'd like to add a little update since I came across it .
Things to Know
- If your prepaid balance is at $0.00. You will not be able to send or receive text messages.
- Before sending your international text message, make sure your recipient's carrier is supported. To view a list of country codes and supported international wireless carriers, click here
- Outgoing international text messages rates may apply, depending on your monthly plan.
- Go to the Message menu.
- Select Text, then New message.
- Write your message using the keypad on your phone.
- Press OK.
- Enter the recipient's phone number starting with the “+” symbol and the country code.
- Press Send.
