Hello Mahanazi,

  Welcome to the community!

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're a Fido customer and you're trying to use your Fido SIM in new phone that you just purchased and that phone is asking for a PIN code.

What message are you getting -- what PIN is it asking for?

If the phone is asking for the SIM network unlock PIN, then it sounds like the phone is locked to a different network provider. Your phone will need to be unlocked from the other network before you will be able to use it on Fido. Unfortunately, Fido will not be able to unlock the phone for you since it isn't a Fido device. If you know which provider to which the phone was locked, they might be able to unlock it for you (for a fee). Alternatively, there are third parties who can also provide the SIM network unlock PIN for you (also for a fee). Note that you'll need to know the original provider to unlock the phone.

If the device is asking for a different PIN, please let us know what PIN they are requesting.

Hope this helps Smiley

Cheers
