Hello! I have a question regarding phone exchanges. I originally ordered an iPhone 13 Pro. However, I've changed my mind and would like a 13 Pro Max instead. Unfortunately, the 13 Pro has already arrived! Is it possible to exchange this for the Pro Max? Will I have to wait a while for the new phone to come in or will it ship sooner considering it is an exchange? Very curious, thanks for any help!

All phone orders have a 15 day satisfaction warranty.
If you are still within those 15 days, you can get in touch with customer care and they can assist you with a device exchange!
