How to change the number of rings before going to voice message

It's not possible to change the amount of rings for an incoming call before the call goes to voicemail. This has been standardized for all users. The forwarding delay (ringing time) before voice messaging answers is between 20 to 25 seconds or 4 to 5 rings.
