Email recieve wont send

New phone Samsung A5 receives work emails fine but won't send or respond to them. Old S5 was no problem

What's the error message you're getting?

Have you tried removing the email address from your device and setting it up again to see if that helps?

  Welcome to the community!

  Have you verified that your new phone is using the correct SMTP settings for your email provider? Here are some SMTPs for Gmail and Hotmail. If you`re using a different email provider, you`ll have to contact them for their SMTP settings.
