Hi. Fido sent me an urgent email., several messages and a call that i need to upgrade my OS to android 7. Fido advised me to bring my phone to any Fido store for assistance, which I did. I went 3 times in 2 different stores. The stores rep told me that the e mail, the messages and the call i received was a scam and they cant do anything about it, despite showing them that the email, messages and call were all legit. I was very very disappointed. It was a waste of my time going back and forth to the store. Is there any other way I could get this issue fixed? Thanks

I don't have any indication in regards to phone calls or emails sent about it, but we did in fact send text messages to notify our customers.
Due to upcoming network upgrades, we're reaching out to all our customers (using select Samsung devices on Android OS 5 or 6) to upgrade to Android OS 7 so they're able to make 9-1-1 calls on our LTE network.
