Dual SIM card on S10

I recently got an new S10 that will be payed off through Fido. I was wondering if it is possible to use the dual SIM card function with the Fido S10? I have two sim cards but the Fido S10 doesn't seem to allow for dual sim. Is there a way to unlock it? Thanks

  Welcome to the community!

  Unfortunately, the dual-SIM variants of the S10 are not sold in North America (see here). While there may be some resellers who have been able to obtain a dual-SIM variant, those variants are relatively few in North America. The version offered from the mobile providers would be the Canadian Version, SM-G973W, which would be a single-SIM version. This article also highlights the fact that the dual-SIM variant is not available in US (or Canada).
