Tracking order iPhone 12

Hi,

I ordered the iPhone 12 3 days ago, I still haven't received any tracking order email. I only received the confirmation email of my order. How long does it take for me to receive the shipping/tracking information? Especially for the iPhone 12.

Hey @Alann-22! Welcome to the community.

The iPhone 12 is launched on October 23rd. If you chose the option "ship to home", you will get an email once it's shipped. It can take a few days. If you chose "ship-to-store", you will be contacted by the store once it arrives and you will have 3 days to pick it up.
