I was supporsed to pay $39.55 when I received a bill on November 4th. I tried to make a payment this morning but I found my total current balance displayed -$16.95 and there is a notification "Payment not required" under the TOTAL BALANCE.
When I tried to pay with my credit card It displays that "payment amount is more than your balance. A credit of $XX.XX will be appied to your next bill". I'd like to make sure if I need to pay $39.55 today or not?

I have tried several times this morning to connect with customer services through Calling, Live chat and Facebook messenger but I can't connect with Fido services. So I tried this method from the community.
