Calls disconnects and with no sound

I paid my bill and my Samsung phone is still disconnecting omce i make a call after only a couple seconds, I've updated it and still the same problem. Help!!!!

I am in the same situation as Jess. Upgrade the phone less than a year ago but the problem has resumed: dropped call, dropped sound (people cannot hear me but I can hear them), poor sound quality during calls... Was a solution found for you @Jess771 ?
